After 41 years Don and Marilyn Thompson, owners of MicroSphere Computers, are retiring.  Arrangements have been made to provide continuing support for our clients in partnership with Network 911.  Network and computer support, warranty work and repairs can be arranged by calling:

Starting June 1, 2024, MicroSphere was open on an appointment only basis.  


Effective August 1, 2024, Don and Sam at MicroSphere will no longer actively be taking requests/calls for new work both in our office and on site.  However, the phone number and email of MicroSphere will continue to be active.  Through our collaboration with Network 911, a local company, they will be monitoring, responding and delegating calls and emails.  They have the ability to find resources for you should you need warranty and/or support for network and computer needs.  Network 911 has information regarding other Central Oregon computer support companies should you request it.


Network 911 also has access to MicroSphere’s digital asset records (network resources, website information, email credentials, and software credentials) for our clients.  Website hosting and email management will continue and be migrated.


MicroSphere will be having inventory, fixture and computer sales with dates this summer. More specific information will be made available soon.


As we step into our retirement we’d just like to say how appreciative we are for you who have welcomed us into your business and personal worlds, entrusting us with your technology and computing needs.  The changes in the industry have been incredible and challenging over the years.  We hope we’ve helped you interpret and navigate those challenges in a way that could augment and enhance your own needs.
